Pretty good, but just watch a few things.
1. Credits! 'Cause I'm not quite sure if the background is a stock photo, it looks like it's not.
2. Mane and tail-pretty good for now. ButI would recommend using a smaller brush, and a bit of a fade-out, since it looks a bit choppy at the ends. And the mane/forelock should probably be a bit browner, to match the coat color.
3. Splashes-nice, though just a tad unnatural looking. Maybe you could fade the bottom of them a little?
4. Sky-interesting. Did you color it, or was it already like that? 'Cause I think the colors of it don't quite match the theme, and it rather distracts me from the horse.
Other than that, pretty good!
