It works when it's a abr. file, but not when it's a jpeg image..

OK..I think I know what is up here! This is not a brush (.abr file) it is a texture....which means it is a .jpeg and you use it over/in/on a image in a layer. Totally different to brushes. Hope this helps you

The font is Sketch Roswell and I am pretty sure that I from it from dafont.com ... it is also one of my favourites

ooh if you like fun fonts, Clementine Sketch is good too. Since I am pretty sure I mispelled Clementine just type Sketch in the search menu and you will see it.
