Using the inner turmoil to power the zell wasn't really a way for Washi. Instead, she used the power of excitement to do this. Knavish wasn't too happy that she didn't follow his instructions, but hey, in the end it kind of worked out for her. So, what's the problem? If it's stupid but it works, it isn't stupid.
