I'm getting to the point where I have a good idea of who the characters are, I'm writing the story, but there's one more thing to do: draw them over and over again until they're consistent and I can draw them in my sleep. So here's Jamie with some colored backgrounds. I don't know why he looks so serious.
Procreate with brushes from the Rusted Nib and MaxPacks, and a really strong paper texture from the DAUB watercolor set for Affinity Photo (Affinity Photo not used).
