It's Skvadrepie's dream he had of Fritz and himself in the OC body; drawn from 'my' perspective, as if I could have seen him in the same dream.

He has been wandering a concrete maze of sorts when stumbled upon a slightly opened door with a dim light shining through the gap. He took a peek and saw a bathroom, where Fritz was doing something in front of the sink, when he looked in the mirror and saw the visitor.
August left the place quickly.
