Description
This specimens evolved on a planet with a highly electrically charged atmosphere. They use the long spike like appendages above and below their bodies to suspend themselves in the air using this ambient electrical charge, and can touch them to an object to release a powerful discharge of electric energy. However, doing this temporarily disables the spike's ability to support the organism, so they must be conservative with how often they do this.
