Description
I know what you mean little forest dweller.I'd be lying if I told you the exact name of this animal. We can all do the classification...,but beyond that it's just something I stumbled upon in Belize.

It's not a badger; it's a Grisson, although both are members of the weasel family. It's more closely related to ferrets than to badgers. A friend of mine(who is now deceased)used to have a pair of these little animals, which were quite ferocious in spite of their size!

Yeah, I did figure it was something close to that...but I didn't want to mis-classify the animal and make him any more angry :]

It looks a lot like a badger. Very cute looking but I would not want to meet up with his teeth.
