Hi DA! Welcome to my first tutorial. I hope it helps somebody out there.
This painting style is cool, it's my most recently developed style using stuff I've learned from all over the place. What I like about it is that it's soft, and gives you a nice scene pretty quickly with lots of bounced light and color blending. I wouldn't use this for everything, as it's not very detailed or edgy, but sometimes you don't want that!

This was supposed to be mimicking my Jane and Tarzan painting style, however it's a little different because I didn't use any of Kyle Webster's Watercolor brushes to get the texture. I didn't want to alienate those of you who have older versions of photoshop and can't use them (though if you have them you can still follow this tutorial using them instead of the basic brush and you shouldn't need to add texture at the end) But as you can see you can get cool textured looks without fancy brushes, and the texture part was actually really quick in this way.
