Commission forΒAs seen on The 4400, this one appears very briefly at some frames when someone is looking at a database on a computer. I hope I did get details right, though, I ended up giving it a bit of my style on some feathers, after what I have been able to do with some eagles previously.
Update: The design on the shield was fixed and the shade of blue got changed to a lighter one.
