Description
"Mangle, the nightguard fell asleep, we can walk around now," Toy Chica said, knocking on the door to the backroom. No answer. Toy Chica sighed, as Toy Bonnie patted the bird animatronic on the back.
"Just, let her be," Toy Bonnie said, a bit of sorrow in his voice.
"We have, for too long now," Toy Chica replied. Toy Bonnie sighed.
"I know we have," He replied. "But... She refuses to come out..."
The two then looked sadly at eachother, before leaving Mangle by herself once more. Inside the closet, the animatronic sat inside of there, thinking back to the days when she was still in sercive. How happy she was, telling her make believe stories of her adventures on the seven seas. She felt as if she was crying, but being nothing more than a robot, no tears came out. She could hear the voices of the humans talking all over again.
"She bit the child," A voice said.
"She did, that wretched fox animatronic," Another voice said.
"We should scrap her,"
"Useless trash,"
"Monster,"
Mangle sat in the closet, wondering if the words her creaters had said were true. Was Mangle truly nothing else but a monster? She shuddered at the thought of the looks she got after that day from the various staff. Looks of fear, looks of disgust, looks of utter hate. Mangle looked up at the ceiling of the closet, the enclosed space now seemed to be nothing but a cage. A cage that she refused to leave.
As Toy Bonnie, Chica, and Freddy walked out of the room, the other four original Animatronics walked over.
"Hey guys, how's the night?" Freddy asked. "Good to be out and about again?"
"Yeah..." Toy Freddy said, a bit of sorrow from his voice. Freddy frowned.
"Is it Mangle again?" Bonnie asked in a concerned voice. No response was needed to know the answer. The seven animatronics sat there, staring at the ground.
"We tried to talk to her again," Toy Bonnie said. "But she didn't come out..."
The animatronics sat there silently. They all knew that Mangle didn't mean to bite the kid, they all knew that. Foxy then walked away from the group, and into the back room.
He sat there, hearing the buzzing radio of Mangle. He listened quietly, as it seemed that Mangle was singing to herself. He sighed. It was a sad song, a song of regret, a song of sadness. A song of not being able to forgive herself for her own actions. Foxy walked up to the closet door, and knocked lightly.
"Mangle? Ye in there?" Foxy questioned. Mangle withing the closet of course heard, but refused to reply. Foxy then backed up a bit, and sat down.
"You know, their going to rebuild the resturaunt again," Foxy said. "They discussed bringing back the toy animatronics too, even Balloon Boy and Puppet,"
No response. Foxy sighed.
"We miss ye Mangle, we really do," Foxy said. "Ye would always bring our spirits up with ye singing and jolly attitude,"
Mangle stopped and listened to Foxy. She then spoke.
"Please.... please stop," She spoke, her voice box cracking abit since she hadn't used it in so long. "Please stop talking to me like you don't see me like a monster,"
Foxy sighed.
"Mangle, you're not a monster," He said. "You just made a mistake, and we all know you never ment to hurt the child,"
Mangle was surprised, Foxy had dropped his pirate accent. She turned around in the closet, her other head turning as well.
"If anything, you loved the children more than any of us," Foxy continued. "Even if they tore you apart, even if they colored on your fur, even if they got glue in your gears, you always enjoyed the children's presense, and always talked about how you enjoyed the children's laughter,"
Foxy then looked right at the door.
"Mangle, you have to forgive yourself," Foxy said, "Please..."
Mangle then opened the door, and threw herself out of the room, hugging Foxy as she came out.
"I-I don't want to hurt anyone anymore!" Mangle said. "I don't want to hurt anyone... I'm sorry, I'm so sorry..."
Foxy hugged the animatronic back, trying to comfort her. Though she didn't have tears streaming down her face, Foxy knew that she was crying that very moment. Mangle held onto Foxy.
"P-please..." She muttered. Foxy hugged her back.
"It's okay Mangle," He said. "I forgive you,"
For the rest of the times the animatronics were allowed to walk about, Mangle would cling onto her counterpart, and rarely spoke to any of the other animatronics. Though Mangle didn't speak as much as before though, the others were very happy she was out and about again.
One day, as the two spent the their time together in Foxy's Pirate Cove, Mangle leaned her head on Foxy's shoulder. She sighed.
"Foxy..." She said. "Thank...you...for everything,"
Foxy smiled, as he leaned his head upon hers.
"You're welcome, Mangle," He said, smiling. Mangle closed her eyes, as she then took her last breath.
"I truly thank you from the bottom of my...heart..." Mangle spoke, before she shut down completely. Her animatronic body then fell to the ground, surprising Foxy.
"Mangle? Are you alright?" Foxy questioned. He then looked at the Toy Animatronic. He feared this would happen. Since she haden't been repaired in such a long time, her servers locked up. Foxy then leaned lifted the animatronic.
"Lass? You alright?" He questioned. He knew that she wasn't though. He glanced around, with it being the middle of the night, there was no one here who could repair her. Foxy then looked down at the other Fox animatronic.
"Mangle... Mangle please don't be... please don't be..." He spoke quietly, as he then brushed his hand against the animatronic's cheek. No response. Mangle, was truly gone. Foxy held the animatronic close to his body, he felt like crying at that very moment.
"I'm sorry, Mangle.... I'm really sorry.... Toy Foxy..." Foxy said, as he then held her body close to his own. He felt as if he had died himself all over again. He then gently kissed the lifeless animatronic forehead.
"I'm sorry..." He spoke once more, sorrow in his voice. "I promise... to bring you back, so you can enjoy the laughter of the children again. I promise..."

"I'm sorry..." He spoke once more, sorrow in his voice. "I promise... to bring you back, so you can enjoy the laughter of the children again. I promise..."
