She wore that from the 40s through the early 60s (before my time), then they brought it back in the 70s and she wore it well into the 80s. Since around '86 she's pretty much worn a catsuit (appropriately), in either black, grey, or purple.
I like this one mainly because yeah, it's what she wore when I first got into comics and it is sexy, what with all that leg and cleavage getting shown off. Not practical, no, but name me a superhero costume that's practical. And sexy.
