A friend of mine ask me how I think about hatching and texture.

Here I got some notes and a kind of tutorial about this topic. First I show some examples of hatching techniques, and also how you can vary them.

In the middle you can see how I think about lighting when it come to texture.

And in the last panel you can see some example drawings I did with different styles of strokes.

I kindly appreciate any kind of recommendations, critic and feedback, as these are just my thoughts and I'm everything, but definetly not a drawing master.
