I dont really have anything bad to say about this, except that the right arm seems a little stiff just hanging there.

Other than that, this looks great. The wrinkles are perfect, the anatomy, the pose, everything looks great. I love it.

Awesome coloring, esp. for a first time. Ive been practicing for a while, and my stuff doesnt look anywhere near this good.

the slightly raised and tilted head... the cocky condescending squint in the eyes... yes, you certainly did capture the attitude you were going for! Everything is colored great! You have a feel/eye for this, that's easy to see. For a first coloring or even a 10th coloring, this is grade A work. Keep it up

I definitely saw a snobby British guy before I even read your description. The expression, posture, hair, and clothes contributed perfectly to the look. Excellent job, especially with the shirt folds. I find that to be the largest flaw in most of my drawings.

Sorry I don't have any tips for improvement because I think you've succeeded in drawing pompousness.
