either i would suggest to remove the one white spot (i guess is an eye) and rather put two of them in the middle of ya head - looking at the viewer.
or if you leave it with one eye work out the facial profile a little bit, i'm missing contures like the nose.
overall i like it - the combination of colours are nice, all my favourites in it
