Wow!!!!! that's what I call FEELING!!!!! .........The b/w you used is the ideal for this kind of pictures because the "watcher" is not really distracted with the colours, but focused on the matiz and the details with shadows especially with the face expressions... I wish I could be listening what he was singing that day.........excellent.... -VioLeS-

the face is a little bit white, you can see lots of great whites and blacks in the jacket, and the full black background looks very cool, especially how he somewhat fades into it due to shadow. The timing of the shot was excelent, lots of expression at that moment, its a very telling photograph.

I love that the backround here is so dark, it really frames the face and the energy and draws the focus back to those constantly... very nice...
