Description
Merry Xmas everyone. If not, Merry Tuesday XDDDecided to pull an Anty/Bridget and show how I really look in RL (yes, I know I don't look much like a girl at all). And to introduce Jabir, one of my favorite characters X3
The whole thing is rather messy. I wanted to make a quick comic to be on time for xmas, but spent over 24 hours alone on this page (you can see how the quality decreases in the last panels because of lack of sleep >< )
Seriously, this is the last time I'll draw a purely digital comic. Takes forever to get things right Xp
Consider this more of an experiment than anything else. I was playing around with a program called Comic Life (simple tool to make comics) when I did all the panelling and lettering. If I had more time (and a scanner) it would be a lot better
I'm going to try to get the next page done asap, but I have no idea when that will be since I have to return back to my work tomorrow T T

And I can't think of something better than putting aside the mask and show how I really look like (except for photos, I don't look good in those Xp )

Haha why his appearance is so different, you can't help but to wonder what's in there! XD
You could do a comic about you trying out all the different scenarios and then settling for the best/cutest. But that might be overkill on him, depending on the scenarios you have in mind! >D

Haha I don't think it's nearly as dangerous as some people make it sound. Though I wouldn't submit a photo of myself (baby photos are ok 8D), but I have reasons other than overprotective parents. XD

For me coming up with a plot is simple. But having a personal story and specific personality for each one of them... that's why I created a rp intensive shop in Gaia

Hm is Gaia an online game of sorts? I've heard the name and seen drawings of people's avatars there but I've never gotten the grasp of what it is.

Gaia is an online community. It's forums based, but people can earn gold by posting and stuff to go buy items for their avatars. And there are some subforums where you can open your own shop to earn the said gold. Makes sense?

It was about time I forced him out of the house for a change and show the revamping I did to his appearance X3
I miss all the Mishaps and the fun we used to have with them Xp
But at least I've been planning a brand new setting for when I manage to have things settled enough to bring back the shop to life XD

yeah. chii was originally my fan charater to Tenchi Muyo. she was supose to be gift to a little girl. like kitten as a gaurdian, is hard to explain but a really fun story. lol

Jabir is a a Magical Mishap, a creature born from a spell gone wrong
His original spell was to create a magical familiar with different animal features to better aid in its job. The problem was some broken flasks leaked onto the concoction when it was left to brew, including a rather dangerous potion made mostly of snake poison (reason why he looks so much like a snake)
Long story short, he had a pretty nasty life being treated below dog, but managed to survive and reach adulthood, something most Mishaps fail to do because of their awry nature and appearance
He has a rather rough personality because of it, but he has a sweet side deep down. Just takes time and patience, along with the ability to look over his odd features
