Description
She was Azrael, an angel of divine justice, sent to earth to keep an eye on the darkness that was emerging and report back to heaven. Her wings, once as pure as the driven snow, were a symbol of her purity and unblemished soul. However, a tragic turn of events led to their transformation into black with embers.

She had been assigned to monitor the human realm, and to investigate the source of the evil that was corrupting it. She had discovered that the darkness was coming from the underworld, where a powerful demon lord was plotting to overthrow the heavenly order and to enslave humanity. She had infiltrated the underworld, and had fought her way through hordes of demons and monsters. She had reached the demon lord's lair, and had confronted him in a fierce battle. She had managed to defeat him, and to destroy his plans. But she had also paid a heavy price. She had suffered many injuries, and she had lost much of her divine energy. She had barely escaped the underworld, and she had returned to the human realm. She had hoped to heal her wounds, and to restore her power. She had hoped to complete her mission, and to return to heaven.

But she was not welcomed by the humans, for they did not recognize her as an angel. They saw her dark wings, and they thought she was a demon. They saw her sword, and they thought she was a threat. They saw her armor, and they thought she was an invader. They did not see her grace, and they did not see her justice. They did not see her sacrifice, and they did not see her love.

They attacked her with fear and ignorance. They hunted her down, and they tried to kill her. But they did not know who they were facing, they did not know how strong she was, and with reluctance she cut them down 1 by 1, she did not wish to be feared, but to be left alone
