This is a secondary creation of "Genocidal Organ". Since this is a Japanese-style manga, please read it from right to left. I had assumed Clavis was the leader of that unit, so I was surprised that he was not informed of the final objective. While thinking about the inconsistencies, I was drawing a comic.
