Unfortunately he doesn't get to use it except during some certain festivals for show, because it's too dangerous to have him wandering around with this as it could potentially hurt others. He knows where this is stored though.

I'm just gonna make "Shanghainese civilian APs getting their own custom made weapons" a fleet tradition.
DA is probably going to get some sort of culture shock if he sees this. i just can't help assigning them weapons despite civilian APs normally steering clear of these types of things sjbdjwiwow0i33
