Well at least in a dance competition...He uses his spectral feathers to dazzle and distract foes. While lacking in pure physical strength, he is nearly unmatched in a battle of wits and intelligence. He’s incredibly cunning and manipulative, twisting others thoughts and feelings for his own desires and whims.
Despite this, Spectral is not inherently malicious. It’s just his nature to be an opportunist. Being a peacock based demon, he is incredibly vain and haughty. He tends to look down on others less visually blessed than himself. He’s incredibly judgmental of others fashion choices. As his design implies he fights using illusions and blasts of otherworldly fire. Although he’s not particularly powerful mostly using slight of hand and smoke and mirrors.
Spectral Flare is one of Wasabi’s many minions. He serves mainly as a informer and ironically a spy, despite his flashy appearance.
