In 1998, he was born just before his twin brother Gan in Vietnam.
In 2003, he discovered his powers at the same time as his brother. Their mother tells them that their father is an alien who has mastered the powers of the weather.
In 2011, they left for the USA to find their father. Unfortunately, he was killed before they found him.
Over the next few months, they experiment with their powers, creating thunderstorms everywhere.
On October 9, 2013, they decided to have fun in Jump City until creating a giant fire monster. Under Beast Boy's guidance, they manage to destroy it. Robin gives them a Communicator.
On September 24, 2014, he was defeated by Overload.
On September 25, 2014, he was freed by Mas y Menos and helped freeze the Brotherhood of Evil.
On September 26, 2014, he was invited to Titan's Tower in Jump City.
On September 19, 2016, he took part in the 3rd Teen Titans party.
On January 13, 2017, he went on vacation to Fiji.
