I went to the website, and somehow found the picture. It IS indeed the same, with a signature saying KIM. Since you are so adamant, I will go about your claim unbiased.
First you should find out when the picture on the site you linked was posted, because if it is 2005-2006, then the likelihood that mythchan stole this image drops. mythchans image, without the KIM signature, has the missing background that was blocked by the red lettering. If she deleted the signature, then it would be rather difficult to restore the background perfectly as it is above. In the opposite case, if your friend took this picture from mythchan, it would be significantly easier to put the KIM letters on top of the completed picture.
I also looked through the site too see some other pencil drawn works from her. Unfortunately there are very few compared to the amount of digital "glitter" things. The ones I did find, well, do not look like they were drawn from the same artist...
The reason I said you were trolling for a commission, is because your request for proof is suspiciously specific and, after looking at your profile, describes your outward appearance.
mythchan is obviously not threatened by you, and has even offered many references as proof that she is the original artist. IF you still believe she stole this from your friend, and not the other way around, then by all means report her for art theft.

I think, you should show us evidence that your friend drew it...who is to say she/he is not the art thief?
And the real artist should have original documentation of the work as well.
Its a very serious accusation you are making here. mythchan's gallery is also very compelling evidence to the authenticity of they work.

The artist is able to provide evidence of the original creation of the drawing.
You already messed up on the date, then tried to backtrack and change your story to make it fit.
You THEN try to tell the artist to basically draw you your own commission which in NO WAY would EVER prove they didn't steal this piece of work above.
