The neck is way too long, and I've corrected that, but I felt the pictures of headless horses were creepy. Then I attached the head and that middle picture is just creepy on it's own.

Haven't gotten the hat on right yet, but the ponytail swings in the breeze and the head can be tilted side to side and spun (all the way around, but that's just you posing it)
