Though roughly the same size as an imp, Kobolds are noticeably furrier and tend to have less prominent horns, which leads others to argue that they may in fact be some form of primitive and diminutive beastkin. Regardless of their origin, kobolds have a distressing tendency to be just as bad as imps in terms of mischief. Even more disconcerting that they tend to be focused around shipyards, where a single foul cantrip on the open seas could mean disaster.

However for someone with enough ingenuity, such as Vasquez himself, these creatures can be effective tools of espionage and sabotage. Through his own secret methods the self-proclaimed Emperor of Duskfire has enthralled a number of imps and kobolds to do his bidding and undermine the efforts of his rivals on various fronts. Like all his other lackeys, the miniscule menaces are rewarded for their successes with prestige and treasure. Copperpot and Trigger, for example, are so accomplished in their tasks that they often enjoy a lofty perch atop Vasquez's very shoulders..."

Got some more character busts and flavor text for Psalm of Viridian! I knocked most of these out (or at least partially) on a lengthy stream I did over on my picarto.tv channel .
