Kaiya Noru is young woman shaken to her core by tragedy. After the death of her family, she lost all purpose in life and the only thing that she is drawn to is preventing the same outcome for others. She doesn't talk much with others. The people of Northern Japan consider her to be a myth or ghost as many believe she died when her home was set on fire and she is constantly followed by rain and fog. It is said that it is always raining above her so sudden storms are considered a good omen for people in need. She's famous for wielding two swords, one made of wood, the other made of steel. No matter which sword she wields, her victims are never killed.
