Jet Robo from Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronosaka *sigh* Renegade Go-Bot Fitor
30 min art jam sketch with , then I colored it afterwards.
Yeah... the Machine Robo character is just so much cooler. Look it up if you haven't seen it.

I had no idea that was Fitor. *L* Still, he never looked as cool as he does here--love the pose and the composition--the slightly "rough" feel it has helps give it the illusion of motion.

I always liked the Gobot toys, but thought the cartoon didn't do the designs justice. The animation in Machine Robo definitely does though.

I have somewhat nostaglic memories of watching Transformers. Go-Bots I remember being annoyed because it meant a half-hour of that crapola before Voltron came on.

Actually, his name in Revenge of Cronos is Blue Jet. I'm not complaining, I love this piece, and in alot of ways I like Jet even more than Rom himself. Awesome man, just Awesome. I still want to know why his name is Blue Jet, given all the red, but thats what it is.

That guy was always my favorite Go-Bot toy. I always felt that he was too good to be a Go-Bot. He would have made an excellent Decepticon.

What an action pose and drawing!!! It must inspire me. My poses are too rooted.
For me, Revenge of chronos is still lame as a show.
But it's great hommage to the toy. It was updated in the last serie Robo Machine Rescue.

One of my faves too man.
The episodes do tend to get a little repetitious, but I still like the overall tale. And the animation is awesome. Superior in every aspect to Gobots, imho.
