the image itself might not be moving but you can feel all the action going on.
If Deus Ex's developers and DC would have made a comics that would be a poster/the cover of it.

Highly dynamic and very powerful action scene. It has a slightly Anime feel to it like maybe GUNNM which is definitely supposed to be a compliment.
And with borrowing from Deus Ex and just a slice of Anime, it still has a very unique art style to it.
