A mysterious villain duo of mine for another Dynamic Duos round of The Arena.

Null, a superstrong, musclebound bruiser with the ability to "nullify" superpowers with a punch. Always accompanied by his (means of) travel companion, Void. Though Null appears to have a psychic rapport with the silent Void, he often speaks to, and answers him aloud.

Void is a slim, black, silhouette that acts as a type of travelling dimensional portal. Only the white, stylised "V" shape that makes up his "face" has any actual physical presence. Although his "body" seems to be 3 dimensional in perspective, it is actually always 2 dimensional directly opposed to whatever is perceiving it. The facial V is the "front", and is effectively invisible from behind. When moving, a slight whistle can occur as air travels into (or out of) the blackened void that makes up his humanoid form. His hands are like mittens and display no individual digits (something Gilbert forgot when drawing this). Gravity does not affect him, and he seems to be walking towards or away in perspective before disappearing and reappearing in another location, allowing Null to exit from him at any angle and strike unexpectedly.

Null & Void operate as mercenaries, occasionally for SIN, as their abilities make them effective superbeing hunters. However, Sinmaster is generally loathe to utilise them as he is unable to clone or control Void, and therefore by extension, Null as well.
