Description
The so called least Baatezu. Before the rise of the devils there existed more primal beings in hell and in truth the nupperibo is the larval form of this more ancient baatorian race. Even to this day if a larvae survives long enough it evolves into a nupperibo. So the Baatezu gather the larvae and shape them into lemures - the "young" of their race. They also round up the nupperibos they can find and "demote" them to lemure status. Of course this demotion is a lie. The devils simply don't want to take the chance that they might evolve into more powerful versions of that ancient race. So they steal away the fat fiends and force them into their own twisted hierarchy.
