her right feet looks twisted overbend, you should reduce the twist & side by side value. also shadow is a bit too strong, reduce it a bit to match the shadow on the background.
the material is good, looks great on the guitar. nice render & composition, the background blended very well too

oh my, check out the hair!!! i think SFH is probably the most popular hair there is along with GLH and i can see why, i love it! the lighting is wonderful as per usual and love that feet placement - very cute!
