Her make up makes her look not real, like one of those realistic art, and the skin color in her knees looks like she's been on them awhile and then stood up for this photo

I don't think so. Her make-up doesn't look that unrealistic, maybe at the point of the eye but otherwhise it doesn't. And her knees look pretty normal, mine look like that too, even darker. And thatΒ outfit is far from difficult to put on. My mum has something similar and she puts it on in like 5 Seconds. I feel like it's the hair that makes it look unrealistic.
