New OCTulin a.k.a. Speedro Phantom
An intangible solid-light manipulating speedster
Powers:
- Super speed (capable of running faster than the speed of light)
- Intangibility (able to phase through solid matter - comes in handy when running at super high speed)
- Limited ability to create solid light constructs through various shapes (useful when he is in his intangible form)
Note: He must transform his body to intangible form to be able to access his speed and solid light manipulation powers. Before the transformation, his original look would be a typical Filipino male.
