I used to draw when I was a kid and in my teenager years, but stopped since College. Now I'm slowly starting over, not that I was a great artist myself, but I simply enjoy drawing, specially middle ages and fantasy related stuff.
So I decided to start drawing pictures of medieval professions, based on real medieval pictures that I found browsing, sometimes copying the pictures (like this one) or merging aspects of different pictures of the same profession (you'll see that in future submissions).
I simply used a 2B pencil, and color pencils from a Faber-Castell 24 colors set, on a Canson paper sheet .
I enjoyed painting the fire in the smith's forge and the bright red iron bar he's working on.
