~Nether Beast~Haha made this from a random sketch I did. Was supposed to be some kind of beast that lurks in the shadows but decided to make its body red and hence not very practical for shadow lurking
Made with red and black card, 2.5 hours.

Now that is more like it! Way to showcase your insane talent by making a more difficult piece. I have to say, though, I looked up the koi diagram, and it is plenty difficult, so, kudos to you. It looks incredible, like it will stalk me if I turn away. If this is just some brainchild of yours, I would be far more impressed than I already am, and from the reviews, it sounds like it is. EPIC stuff, I am favorite-ing this.

That is crazy, man, crazy in a good way. I only wish I could make random awesomeness out of paper like that. I'm thinking I might post some of my older artwork on DeviantArt, and see what people think. I can draw reasonably well, and make a mean unofficial Transformer when I want to. But yeah, origami is, without a doubt, the stuff of legends, and one of the most finnicky/unforgiving of art forms, because if one messes up, and wants it perfect, they have to start ALL over again. Keep pushing your limits dude, and you will do amazing things with origami. Thanks for hearing me out. Peace.

You should definitely put up some work. It's good getting comments so you can see what you're doing well and what you can improve on. When you say you make unofficialy transofmers do you mean draw? or physically model? I've been contemplating designing a simple transformer based on my Toyota Corolla haha.

Well, I once drew my eccentric, non functional version of a transformer or two, and I was thinking of uploading it to see what everyone thought. Its been a while, though. I would love the chance to try modeling with say, clay or polymer or ceramics, but I have never done it before, so I don't know if I would be good at it or not. Sounds cool, your transformer idea. I'll see you around, maybe you'll see my transformers as a Deviation soon? Peace.

There's plenty of good tutorials on Youtube on sculpting techniques. A few months back I tried modelling with some supersculpey but it turned out pretty terrible.
Lookin forward to seeing those transformers man.

well, first I sketched out what I wanted to make. Then started cutting out and folding the body and added all the black spines. kinda hard to explain...
