As for what he should do next...
Swear her to secrecy, (You tell your parents or mine about what happened tonight, I'll tell everyone in our social networks you liked it! or some other hollow ultimatum; Take pictures for Later blackmail, etc.) Tickle her into submission until she passes out, so she doesn't hurt him straight away for what has happened up until this point, Free her from her duct tape restraints, and behave as normal. Eat a sandwich, Brush his teeth, go to bed at the designated time, etc. She's praised as a good babysitter, and this ensures her return the next time a babysitter is needed, ergo, more fun/affection/abuse.
Unless, of course, you have an even more fun Idea for a babysitter 'lee... in that case, Fucking Party Hardy until Amber is shuttered from house-sitting, let alone babysitting anyone in her family ever again.
