When the members of Infinite for a Day were in college, they became a popular band on campus as they would perform at various events on campus, while also they starting to play at clubs and local festivals across the Los Angeles area (as their college is in LA). Their rising popularity would prompt Geoff and Trent to find a van as the band would soon travel out of town to play concerts.

Geoff knew a friend whose dad was selling his 1998 Dodge Ram van. Although the van had a mileage of about 95,000 miles, Geoff and Trent were eager to make a deal to buy it. Geoff and Trent took turns driving the van and they made sure that it was able to withstand long road trips with the band and their instruments on board, while also letting Brick to drive his own car that would carry any piece of equipment that wouldn’t fit in the main van.

Here, Trent and Geoff are showing Gwen the van they bought ahead of one of many road trips with the band. Infinite for a Day would have many memories made on that van – songs being written inside, getting to know new places, breakdowns on the road, and even sleeping in it to save money for food, gas, laundry and motels! The band would have the van for three years as their dreams of being rockstars were coming true. Once they got big, they started traveling in buses and planes – yet they still hold many memories of the van as a testament of the hard work they went through to make it big.
