I Draw Eyes. But I Prefer A Different Method. I Love Anime Eyes. They Are Fun And They Can Have Different Looks. Maybe I'll Post My Most Recent Ones. But Anyways. Amazing.

Haha, I saw it on the main page and did a double take. I only recognized it because to me, her eyes are her only attractive feature.

i'm not a huge fan of this sort of "tutorial". the order in which you draw which part of the eye is kind of obvious. form and shading of the eye should be replicated from a reference which you will most likely need anyways when going for a photorealistic look. every person has different eyes. also, this tutorial does not explain any techniques you used when doing your shading - this would have been the most useful part. i don't get what people like about this sort of step-by-step-thing...
also, the brow is very tense while the skin below does not follow it. this could have been prevented by using proper reference as well.

I have to agree with you. I don't see this as a tutorial, more as WIP documentation. It doesn't explain anything about technique; tips on pencil strokes or blending would accompany this picture perfectly. If I were a beginning artist I don't think it would help me very much, but that is only my opinion. If people find it helps them, then fair enough.

well i don't think i need to explain it too much cause the pic speak for itself.. and many told me that this one i made help them.. and i'm so thankful if it can help others

I agree it speaks for itself and itdoes not need any words to accompany. It is just helpful because it shows your progression and the way you draw the eye for people who don't know where to start.
