Description
This was my second big assignment back in my 2021 fall semester; this was a perspective study where we could use 2-point or 3-point perspective (or a combination of both although my professor advised against it). I settled for a 2-point perspective and switched up my shapes for some pizzazz, making them look more like building blocks. For some reason though, my sphere always looked odd in comparison with the other shapes. 4 different hues later and about 12 more layers of paint added on, I gave up and decided that the sphere was always going to look odd in comparison--hence the title. It was kind of a gas in our critique though when everyone started to theorize the meaning of the title to feeling left out in friend and family groups, and I honestly didn't have the heart to tell my class otherwise. I don't have the original anymore; I gave it to a kind classmate who was always incredibly nice to me.Materials:
-Golden Open acrylic paint
