Yes, I have read it. Altogether too thoroughly. It's still crap. Also, attacking the sexual orientation of all haters is both incorrect and homophobic. The only character in the entire series worth mentioning is Jacob, he was the only thing that kept me ready Eclipse, after reading the others mostly out of curiosity and a vague hope things would get better. Twilight is an abomination against all self-respecting vampires.

Excuse me, but I read all four of Meyer's books. I finished them, and I thought they were great.
Then I read Sunshine by Robin McKinley. And I compared the two. And then realized that McKinley's book, by itself, had more plot, more character development, and, in general, was a more thoroughly enjoyable reading experience than all four of Meyer's books combined.
But still, I had a generally positive feeling about the books. I mean, they were at least published, and I had enjoyed reading them, as had some of my friends.
I went so far as to buy the first two for a close friend of mine.
At some point, I became embarrassed that I sent my good friend those books. Why? Because I reread them. I have suggestion for all good literature readers. Don't read a single book for four weeks. Then read all four Twilight books. Then Never Read Them Again. I read them again. I regret doing so.
I suggest you check out a number of other books before you dare to suggest it is the best thing ever.
Additionally, I can understand you loving, even obsessing over those books. what I do not understand is your hatred of those who do not obsess over those books.
I suppose I should Hate you for not reading Speaker for the Dead, Xenocide, and Children of the Mind - but no. They are what I concider superb, philosophical, thought-inspiring books. I couldn't expect someone who obsesses about Twilight to have read them.
