MetsubouJinrai.net, a cyber-terrorist group, comprises of highly intellectual humagears.

Horobi, Kamen Rider Horobi.
The leader of the group, originally a parent-type Humagear, by the will of The Ark, Horobi caused the Daybreak accident. Causing many Humagears to go berserk on that fateful day.

Jin, Kamen Rider Jin.
One of the member, and highly valued comrade of Horobi. Presumably created by Horobi himself. Wielding a sly smile on his face, Jin is someone who believes in the Humagear's freedom.

[SPOILERS BELOW FOR KAMEN RIDER ZERO-ONE]

Okay, enough background stuff. My personal take now.
I, love, Kamen Rider Zero-One. It's the best Kamen Rider series I've seen in a long while. It's story premise is simple enough, but the way the plot moves and turns into these awesome revelations and discoveries of the natures of Humagears, Hiden Intelligence, AIMS, and ZAIA actions are really effing good.
And then not mentioning the characters, Aruto is oddly enjoyable to watch. He's simple headed and sometimes an idiot, but he knows his own responsibility, he loves Humagears and wants to let people see them as, well, people too. His passion to create a bridge between the two is really fascinating and warming to watch.
Fuwa is an absolute tsundere, and I'm not saying that to be mean. At first I thought that Fuwa will be a "Geiz" like character or even bordering Kusaka from Faiz. But he's not. He hates Humagears yes, but that doesn't mean that he can't change. Over the course of the series he has begun to see things from Aruto side, and even the Humagears side. He has evolved so much even in a course of few episodes. He's not a threat to begin with, just one people that Aruto have to manage (and have done) convincing.
Yua is a bit hard for me to say, at first I also thought of her as this "Tsukuyomi" like character that has to babysit Fuwa, but she doesn't, and that scares me. She ironically pushes Fuwa to the extreme, even with her cries to stop Fuwa from hurting himself, it was her mission to see how Fuwa develops across his time in AIMS, Humagears/Magias exterminationa, and his Rider System progression. And at the end, she was just a tool by ZAIA. But the recent episode have shown us that she is no longer a tool, and I'm looking forward to what her stories entail in the next upcoming episodes.

And now to the main villain (of the first arc), MetsubouJinrai.net, specifically Horobi and Jin. When they are first introduced in the first episode, I had no idea how they operate, how do they think, what morality they have, and even if they are a fun villain. But, when Jin shot a Magia in the first episode, that is how I know that they are no small villains. Their hackings are brutal, forceful, and not all ethical toward the Humagears, they operate to achieve their only singular goal, to exterminate all humankind. Or so is the will of The Ark. And I like these two, Horobi especially. He doesn't express much emotions in the series, but his fighting capability and spectacle are way too good for a TV series. That first finisher of him toward Fuwa. Gahd dang! SO COOL! I can vividly remember the way the scene plays out, and that finisher voice line 『Sting Dystopia!』 DAMN SO COOL! I look forward to see him operate more in the series, as it's been a while since his last action scene. (Please give him some more suits/forms, TOEI!)
