Personality:
Eleutherius is the son of a retired military general and a bumbling female inventor as well as the
oldest of four siblings.
Felt inspired by his fathers impressive career, he began training himself to his definition of
"Perfection" and acquiring multiple skills, all in the wish to become a grandiose Soldier and General
like his father, thus showing off his determination and admiration for his role models through
honest work.
Unfortunally, this made him extremely arrogant and insufferable as well as very egotistical, thus
alienating him from his peers at school and his teammates in the Sports Clubs, something he seems
to not fully realize at all.
Due to these flaws, he thought he would be chosen to become the Tokiorangers Leader, but was
immedeately dissappointed that the red Ranger was picked over him despite the fact that he would
be better suited than him!
Despite all of this, he has a massive soft spot: his siblings, who mean the World to him and are his
other motivation on becoming better. All in the wish to protect them and see them thrive.
In return, they all look up to him as their Hero and awesome big brother!

Eleu trained his body to its absolute limit, giving him peak human strength, speed and
durability.
- High velocity tolerance:
Eleu can sustain his consciousness while experiencing high levels of velocity, making him
capable of using a jetpack for high-speed flight with no issue.
- Skilled mixed martial artist:
Eleu is trained in different forms of martial arts, such as Taek Wan Do, Karate, kapoera,
Jiu Jitsu and Judo.

- Aerokinesis:
TokioWinger can control the Air around for various usages, like different forms of offense
as well as some forms of defense.
- Air Generation:
TokioWinger can generate large gusts of wind that, coupled with his Aerokinesis, can be
shaped into different weapons, structures and whatnot.
- Flight:
With the Jetpack on his back, he can fly very high as well as reach a maximum Speed of
1235.5 Km/H.
- Superhuman Strength:
Stronger than TokioSaber, but weaker than TokioKitsune.
- Superhuman Speed:
The second fastest Tokioranger on foot, surpassed only by Tokiokitsune.
- Superhuman durability:
He is as durable as TokioSaber, which means they have the lowest defense of all Tokio-
rangers.

- Extreme Arrogance:
Eleu is so full of himself and sure of his abilities that it seriously clouds his ability to accept
criticism and, even worse, defeat in impossible situations. This also causes him to suffer
more harm than any other Tokioranger.
- Narcissism:
Eleu sometimes shows a unhealthy love for himself which worsens his arrogance even more.

Eleu puts his opinion above any other person, which causes disputes with others over the
fact that his opinions either aren't helpful or in any way the correct way.
