A local graffiti artist, Destiny is not exactly the authorities most favorite person. While what she does is technically illegal, she uses her craft to spread positivity and uplifting messages through her colorful artwork. She has a long list of "offenses" but no one has been able to bring her in, she's very familiar with the city and can seemingly vanish effortlessly.
