I have a question. How do you know what colours to choose for your skin palettes?
I've been trying to learn how to paint for a while now, but I can never seem to get it right. I always end up making the skin look flat, muddy, or fake. I know the basics of colour theory, but I feel like there's something I'm missing.

By instinct, at first I used palette from other artwork. Then I used differents layer and tricked the darker tones with filter to get it as I liked it. Now I more or less know >v< Sorry I don't know if it's helpful XD
