Here is another Stellaris Empire flag, this time it is the Interstellar Kingdom of Kandra. If the Allosaurus skull does not give it away, I am using the Animated Saurian Portrait mod. Obviously for this Empire, I am using the Allosaurus portrait from that very mod as the main species.
