The hat? I bought it from a military equipment store, LOL~ 8"DDD
I tried to made it twice, but it ended up failed, luckily my country's national army's hat looks exactly like Flippy's hat, so it's not that difficult to find~ X'DD

LOL~ It's awesome isn't it? I just can't stand the urge to cosplay it after I saw the humanized version and then start to make my own design~ XDDD
Flaky? Still see some artist draw Flaky as a boy though, I like both version, she's cute as a girl as well as a boy.. Even Mondo says that Flaky's gender is the world's greatest mystery, I saw Flaky going to boy's toilet anyway~
But me [link] and my friend [link] chooses to cosplay as girl Flaky though we had different opinion about the design, I prefer tomboyish style with long hair, while my friend prefer a more girly style but with short hair~

Of course I can, just soak the wig in warm water 'till the product slightly washed away.. Then move it to another bucket with cold water mixed with cloth softener~
The wig was fine when I do the styling with a head mannequin,but the shape was kinda ruined when I bring it in my backpack.. XDDD;; *ya it's my own stupid fault LMAO*
