Inspired by a bright idea by...well, . Colored Bright Idea Sketch (Countess Rose Art)After getting permission from Countess Rose, I decided to try drawing the colored lineart and coloring in the sketch that I indirectly commissioned from her by donating to 's cause. www.gofundme.com/jumpstartbraw… I did struggle a little bit with how transparent I could make the original sketch; I wanted the shadows and the original signature to be visible, but I didn't want them to obscure the colors. I think this worked out nicely.

Excellent job, Ripple! It was a bit tricky coloring Countess Rose's beautiful sketch for me as well, but my method involves giving the color layer a mode of "Overlay" in Photoshop. That way the texture and lighting on the sketch underneath show through better!
