It`s Vegeta. Yay.I was asked by some of my Japanese friends at school to draw a picture of Vegeta looking cool. ^_^; It`s not really anything special but they seemed to like it, so I decided to colour it.

Although, you could prolly do some really glossy pure anime-style comics with your spifferific cel shading. It'll make cine-manga look bad
