I created this GIF animation from a hidden video with Toothless from the official site of Dreamworks Dragons. To increase smoothness of animation, additional frames are interpolated.

And I also created a big emoticon with Toothless!

Actually, that hidden video has a uniform color background, so it was quick. :3 But before I reencoding this video by SVP (+ ffdshow, MeGUI, x264) to increase smoothness, like I did in "Epic Bomb Dive" animation.

The Background was easy to mask? When using Sony Vegas, that kind of cleaning don't always go as expected, so I have to mask them myself, frame per frame.

Спасибо большое! Хотя по мне это не работа была, а больше любопытный эксперимент. Хотя выглядит прелестно.
Рад, что понравилось! Я на самом деле больше времени думал над идеей и над тем, как сделать, нежели чем когда я начал делать.

Игрался с программками, получил вот такое. :3 По идее это просто конвертация видео в GIF-анимацию.

I used a lot of programs: Download Helper (for downloading video), Sothink SWF Decompiler, Bandicam, VirtualDub, SmoothVideo Project (also ffdshow, MeGUI and x264 for video coding), SUPER ©, and finally Easy GIF Animator.
