"The rules are simple," Clive read the email aloud. "Everyone can play a card that they have in their hand (the top 3 cards of your deck) if it has the number the dice rolled on it." Seemed simple enough so far. "And the first person to use their whole deck wins and moves to the next level." Clive concluded. And what of the losers? Clive had applied to be a part of this game and he received this email of acceptance from the application website. The game was simply called dice game and he found out about it one day when he clicked the "I'm feeling lucky" button on google. He scrolled down the email to see if there was any other details. "Round 1: 5 pm at " and made a mental note of the address. It was already 4:30 so he'd better get a move on.
"You here for dice game?" A brunette teen asked. She was slightly shorter than Clive and had a welcoming smile. She was wearing her hair down, and wore a casual shirt and jeans. Clive nodded.
"So what's the big deal with this? All I know is it's here and the rules. There's gotta be more than that though right?"
"It's all I know," she replied. "Name's Jennifer by the way," and she stuck her hand out. Clive shook her hand.
"Clive," he said. "So is it just us?"
"No there's another guy named John but he had to pee. He'll be back before it starts." She replied. Just then a taller man about 21 years old walked up to them, his hands in his pockets and a smug look on his face. He nodded at Jennifer.
"Sup Jen," he said. "Who's this?"
"I'm Clive," he said, putting out his hand, John shook his head, looking disgusted.
"I don't do handshakes." He replied bluntly. Alright then, Clive thought. Just then, a woman walked out of the room.
"I take it you're all here for dice?" She asked. We nodded. "Sign here please," she pushed a clipboard into me, and we all signed the paper, only Jennifer stopping to read it. She looked shocked for a second, but it was too late. She'd already signed the paper. The three of us were told to enter and so we did. Inside was a table with 3 chairs around it, and a dice, with 3 neatly placed decks. We each took a place.
"So, how do we play?" John asked, tucking his chair in.
"You didn't get an email?"
"Yeah but I didn't read it. Was I meant to?"
"Yes," Clive sighed. "If the dice lands on a number you play a card with that number on it." The three quickly picked their hand of 3 cards, John following suit, still unsure of what to do.
Roll 1
Jennifer picked up the dice and rolled it. It landed on a 4.
"So, now I can play anything with a four?" John asked. Jennifer nodded, rolling her eyes. They each looked at their cards.
"These are weird...." Jennifer commented. "Well I guess I get to play 2 cards? I have 2 fours."
"Guess so," Clive replied. "I don't have any."
"Well it says here self-bimbofication." Jennifer started, "not sure that's an actual word though. And what's the actual point of this game?"
"It was pretty vague," Clive commented.
"I guess I don't get any either," John said. "Mine are all six and five." Jennifer put her card in the middle.
"So, what happens....." Jennifer started, then held a hand up to her head. "Woah..... what the heck just happened?" She brushed a confused hand through her hair. "Uh.... let's keep playing I guess." Unknowingly, Jennifer was much, much dumber. She picked up another card from her deck.
Roll 2
The next roll granted a 2.
"Anyone for two's?" Clive asked. Jennifer was struggling to read what she had got, but she understood she had no 2's. "Well I got this...." he said, reading out the card. "It says the person with the most cards left regresses 5 years. I think this was meant to be used later. Guess that means you John," Clive said. Just as he was going to add 'but a card can't make that happen' John lost 5 years of his appearance. His body hair vanished, and he shortened about a foot. He was now 16 on the outside.
"What the hell?!" John squealed. Jennifer laugh at him.
"You're just as old as me! And you're actually kinda cute," she said, winking at him. John blushed.
"I want outa this!"
"You can't," Jennifer said. "The thingy we signed. It said somethin' about nobody leaves." Clive figured if John actually was 16 then Jennifer was actually getting bimbofied.
"Jennifer," Clive started. "Your card said bimbofication. Are you feeling okay?" She nodded, giggling.
"I'm totally fine," she said. "Can't read these things well though," she replied. Then she realised as well, and became very worried, her eyes wide. "Does that mean I'm getting dumberer?!" John smiled. He had a thing for dumb girls.
Roll 3
Clive rolled the dice and got a 5.
"Jackpot!" John yelled. "I mean er.... well it's 3 of my cards..." he explained. "So... this one says a player you choose is now mute."
"Choose her!" Clive argued, "she's already dumb!"
"Not that dumb you can say stuff like that and me not know what you mean!" She retaliated. John thought for a second. He read out his next card, deciding to decide based on the next one.
"And my other one says," John continued, "The last player to get a card out switches gender. That's you Clive." Just like that Clive's average guy body morphed into a woman's. Clive's hair reached down to her middle-back and her skin losing all hair, while her voice became higher pitched and softened.
"Well fuck me....." he muttered, examining his new feminine parts.
"I would," John said, "but you'd complain. Wait a second," he decided Clive would be mute. He knew full well what John thought, and tried to argue back, but no sound left her lips. Jennifer chuckled again. Clive told herself she'd get revenge.
Roll 4
As the dice was rolled again, Jennifer felt a wave of happiness flood over her upon landing a 3.
"All mine have that same number on!" She exclaimed, almost squealing in excitement.
"What do they say?" John asked. Struggling, Jennifer read the cards.
"This one says you fall in love with the.... the.... per....person that last played. The second one says.... anyone you want gets another card to their deck and the last one says almost nude." When she finished saying that she blushed, giggling at the thought of being in presence of John. Then, her clothes except her underwear disappeared, making her blush more.
"Hey baby," John said. Jennifer giggled and Clive gained a card. He raised his hands in anger.
"Hey yourself," Jennifer replied, her face red with embarrassment.
Roll 5
Jennifer rolled the dice, dedicating it to John. The roll was a 1. Jennifer didn't even notice as she was captivated by John's eyes. Clive had a card with one but the others were so engaged in each other's eyes that she couldn't get either of their attentions. She was unsure whether anything would even happen if it wasn't read out, but she placed it in the middle anyway. The card was simply "a random player will be a frog."
"You have the most beautiful...." John started as he croaked. Jennifer didn't even realise that his croak was out of place until he brought a hand to his throat. Suddenly, he shrank down and grew a slimy, green coating while his eyes moved to the side of his head
"Oh..." Jennifer said, picking up the frog. She still felt the same love for it. "Maybe if I kiss you, you'll turn human?" She kissed the frog, and disgusting as it was, she enjoyed it. In her ignorance a card flew from her hand into the middle. It had a 1 on it and read 'the oldest is pregnant.' That meant Clive. Her stomach ballooned to double its size.
Roll 6
Clive rolled the dice again, with Jennifer too occupied with making sure John was alright while he climbed about her hair. Clive was the only one properly playing now, she thought. She rolled a 4. Just then Jennifer looked at her hand, and John jumped down to examine his own. John croaked and jumped.
"Here I'll read it for you," Jennifer said, picking up his cards. She stared at it for quite some while, unable to read by now. She groaned. "I'm sorry John, I don't know what it says." She told him and put the card in the middle along with Clive adding one to the middle. She winced in pain as the baby kicked. John's card read 'Humanize all animals' and Clive's read 'undo any of your curses you wish'. Clive wanted to speak again. John turned from a bounding frog to a boy again, sitting awkwardly on the table.
"Finally," Clive said as Jennifer rushed to hug John. "I can talk again."
"That was so scary John. I thought you'd be a froggy forever!" Jennifer said to John.
Roll 7
John took the turn to roll this time, Jennifer crossing her fingers that John would get his ones. The result was a 2.
"That's me," Clive said, "first one to say someone else's name switches genders." Clive was about to say her own name when John caressed Jennifer's hair calling her name. "No....." Clive whispered as John became a girl.
"What the hell!" John shouted. "Why'd you do this to me?"
"I didn't! I read it out loud if you were listening you'd know not to say anyone's name!" Jennifer tried to comfort John. "Well I have a 2 as well. It says you are now a neko....." John's ears grew pointy and moved atop her head, and a tail burst from her backside Her hair lengthened and she grew paws rather than hands. "What's a neko?"
"Oh my...." Clive said.
"Oh yes!" Jennifer exclaimed. She hugged John and kissed the side of his face. "I love nekos!" John purred to Jennifer's delight.
Roll 8
"I'll roll," said Jennifer, rolling a 4. "I have some of those!" She handed them to John so she would read them.
"Okay so your first one says switch intelligence with any player you want."
"What's intelligence?" Jennifer asked.
"Just pick Clive," John replied.
"But I wanna know....." Jennifer muttered.
"Intelligence is how smart you are. Please not me. Wouldn't you rather have an airhead girlfriend?" Clive suggested. Jennifer was in limbo.
"Who are you going to listen to? Your boy er..... girlfriend or some random pregnant woman?" As she said that she felt her mind washing away. "Why...." she muttered as she put a hand to her head.
"I'm sorry. But you'd be even hotter as a dumb neko." Replied Jennifer. her mind expanding. John groaned.
"Well you have another one it says...... oh for crying out loud take it back!" She yelled at Jennifer.
"I'm sorry ok? The next one says anybody not affected this roll is blindly obedient. Does that mean just you Clive or me as well?"
"I guess we'll find out," Clive replied smirking. "Would you suck your thumb please?" Without a moment's hesitation she obeyed, sliding her thumb into her mouth. She didn't complain, as she had no idea she was doing it.
"Oh boy!" John exclaimed. "This gonna be fun!" She giggled. "Hey Clive, call me sir. And Jennifer, stroke me. i got an itch i can't scratch." Both girls did exactly that.
Roll 9
"Clive, would you roll?" John asked. "Jennifer is a little busy."
"Yes sir." Clive replied. He rolled a 3.
"I have a 3," John said.
"As do I sir." Clive responded. "Mine says whoever you choose gets bigger parts. I choose-"
"-Choose yourself" John interrupted. Suddenly Clive's chest swelled out to size D.
"Jennifer, would you read this for me baby?" Jennifer nodded and took the card.
"It says. It says you become even dumber. I'm sorry John." John just giggled.
"Wazzat mean?" She responded cheerily, now purring. "I feel fine!"
"Yeah.... you don't sound fine...." Clive replied.
"Nex roll!" John cheered.
Roll 10
Jennifer rolled a 6.
"Yay!" John cheered.
"Do you have a 6?" Clive asked.
"What's a 6? I'm hap cuz I not itch no more. Stop aksin me hard quesion!"
"Yes sir," Clive replied. She looked at her hand. "I have a 6. It says deplete any remaining cards." And suddenly the cards flew from his deck. The woman with the clipboard burst in.
"And we have a winnner! You will be transformed to your previous state and sent another email about where the next level will be."
"What about them?" Clive asked, returning to normal.
"Don't worry about them. Every man for himself."
