Fix 450 rub for Sberbank or Qiwi.View rules:
1. The ban on making a character look like your own !!!!!
2. Prohibition to sell above the purchase price.
3. ALL rules are chained and cannot be disputed.

5. Characters received as a gift / created for shares can be transferred in any way, except for sale.
